Unwind and rejuvenate with our donation-based yoga sessions every Tuesday evening from 6 to 7 PM. Open to all skill levels, these community-centered classes focus on mindfulness, flexibility, and overall well-being. Led by experienced instructors, each session offers a relaxing and supportive environment where you can connect with your body and mind. Bring your mat, a water bottle, and a positive spirit.
